Shipping, Delivery Times & Cost

We will endeavour to deliver to you within 3 working days (not including weekends and back holidays), but please allow up to 7 days just in case. On receipt of your order if delivery is expected to be over 7 days we will inform you of the stock situation and advise you of any delays. In the last 12 months around 90% of all our orders have been delivered within 1 - 3 days as we hold large stocks. Some of our British products are handmade to order, but we state in the product information if they take up to 7 working days.

We send most packages "signed for" with DPD Local. Adding a short note in the special instructions will override the need for a signature upon delivery so you won't need to wait home or take time off work. Please also provide a mobile number to receive your automated texts which will keep you up to date with your delivery and even let you know what time it is going to arrive.

I live in the Channel Islands, will VAT be removed?
Orders shipped to the Channel Islands are considered duty-free exports, as the Channel Islands are not part of the United Kingdom subject to VAT. However, the total amount paid for the order remains the same. This is because we consider the cost of doing business in all the markets in which we operate and price our products based on a variety of commercial market factors. This means that our customers around the world experience a consistent selling price regardless of where they buy from, despite slight price differences due to exchange rates.
